You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, for any reason.
How to return
- Register your return above with your order number and email address. You get a return number straight away. Prefer email? Write to info@viraine.com.
- Write the return number on a note in the parcel and send it, within 14 days, to Virenord (Viraine), Karlavägen 53, 115 26 Stockholm, Sweden. You pay the return postage.
Please return pieces unworn, with labels attached. If a piece has been handled more than needed to check it, we may deduct the loss in value. Briefs, thongs and bodies arrive with a hygiene liner; once it has been removed, that piece cannot be returned. A set is sold as one piece, so this applies to the whole set.
Refund or store credit
You choose: a refund to your original payment method, or store credit worth 110% of the item value, valid 12 months. We refund the returned pieces, and standard shipping if you return the whole order, within 14 days of your notice. We may wait until the pieces are back.
Want a different size? Place a new order – store credit makes it easy.
Faulty piece?
Write to us with your order number and a photo. A fault costs you nothing, and that right lasts three years.
