How do I choose my size?
Most pieces come in S to XL. Use the size guide, and where a piece has its own measurements, go by the centimetres.

By card or the other methods shown at checkout. Card details never reach us.
How does “Buy 2, get the 3rd free” work?
Add three sets, bodies, nightwear pieces or robes, and the lowest-priced is free, automatically. Signature sets, stockings, hold-ups and gifts are not included. It cannot be combined with a code; you get whichever saves more. Terms.
How does the welcome code work?
Join our newsletter and get 10% off your first order. The code works once, with your email address, for 30 days. Terms.
Do I need an account?
No. You can check out as a guest.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Write to us as soon as you can with your order number. Once sent, an order cannot be changed, but you can still return it.

Reviews
Who can leave a review?
Only customers who bought the piece. Every published review is marked Verified buyer.
How do I leave a review?
Tick the box at checkout and we email you once, after your order has been delivered, with care tips, a personal link to review each piece and a thank-you code for next time. There are no reminders, and without the tick we send nothing.
